Cancellation Policy:<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u2013 Cancellation more than 07 (seven) days prior to the check-in date: <\/b>full refund of the deposited amount;<\/div>\n
\u2013 Cancellation between 07 (seven) and 04 (four) days prior to the check-in date: <\/b>the deposited amount will remain available as a credit for use within up to 06 (six) months, subject to the hotel's availability;<\/div>\n
\u2013 Cancellation 03 (three) days or less prior to the check-in date, as well as in the event of a no-show: <\/b>the deposited amount will not be refunded. If no advance deposit has been made, the full reservation amount may be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking;<\/div>\n
\u2013 In the event of early departure (check-out before the scheduled date)<\/b>the remaining nights will be charged in full.<\/div>\n

Requests for cancellation or credit usage must be submitted by e-mail or WhatsApp, and requests made solely by telephone will not be accepted. When applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 days after the request.<\/div>\n

- Right of Withdrawal: <\/b>regardless of the conditions above, reservations made online or remotely may be canceled within 07 (seven) days of booking, with a full refund of all amounts paid, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Payment Policy:<\/span><\/h4>\n
PTo confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation amount is required after receipt of the bank account details.<\/u> The remaining balance may be paid at check-out in cash, bank transfer, PIX, debit card, or credit card.<\/div>\n

Children and Minors Policy:<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u2013 Children up to 03 (three) years old will be accommodated free of charge in a crib (upon prior request) or in the same bed as their parents, limited to 01 (one) complimentary child per room;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Children and minors must present a photo ID and may only stay when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians;<\/p>\n

\u2013 In accordance with the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8,069\/1990), the sale, provision, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited, whether or not they are accompanied by adults. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel may terminate the stay and take the appropriate legal measures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Additional Information:<\/span><\/h4>\n

1. Pets<\/u> are not allowed on the property;<\/p>

2. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out ends at 12:00 PM. Staying beyond these times without prior authorization from the front desk may result in additional charges;<\/span><\/p>

3. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM;<\/span><\/p>

4. The number of guests specified in the reservation may not be changed without prior authorization from the front desk, even if additional beds are available in the accommodation;<\/span><\/p>

5. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations or in covered areas of the property;<\/span><\/p>

6. Our parking area has the same number of spaces as accommodations, and one parking space is permitted per reservation. If guests staying in the same accommodation use more than one vehicle, we kindly request that availability be checked in advance. Parking must only be in the areas designated by the front desk. If the reserved accommodation is the Casa, please note that no parking space is available within the property;<\/span><\/p>

7.
