Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellation between 07 (seven) and 04 (four) days before check-in date: the payment done will be refunded in full;
– Cancellation between 07 (seven) and 04 (four) days before check-in date: any payment already done will be kept as credit for use up to six months of the date of cancellation (new reservation to be agreed according to the availability of the hotel);
– NO-SHOW (book and do not show up) or inform cancellation with 03 (three) days or less from check-in date: any payment done will not be refunded or, if it has not been made, the full reservation fee may be charged to the credit card informed at the time of booking;

– EARLY CHECKOUT (departure before check-out date): the amount of the remaining nights will be fully charged.

The request for cancellation or credit must be sent by e-mail or WhatsApp, and communication is not accepted by phone only. The refund will be made within 10 days after requesting the cancellation.

Note: Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code and Normative Resolution No. 429 of 04/23/02 from EMBRATUR, guarantee the return of any payment, if cancellation is requested up to 07 (seven) days after booking.

Payment Policy:

To confirm any reservation, an initial payment of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation is required after receiving bank details.The other part can be paid at check-out in cash, bank deposit, PIX, debit or credit card.

 

Children and Minors Policy:

– Children up to 03 (three) years old will be accommodated free of charge (in a cot previously booked or in the same bed as parents); with a limit of 01 (one) child free per apartment;

– Children and minors must present photo identification and will only be accommodated with their parents or legal guardians;

– According to Federal Law Number: 8069 art. 81 of the statute of the child and adolescent, the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under 18 years old is prohibited, whether or not accompanied by an adult above this age. In case of non-compliance we reserve the right to interrupt the booking and take the appropriate legal measures.

 

Additional Information:

1. Pets are not allowed on the property;

2. Bookings start at 14:00 and end at 12:00. Failure to comply with these schedules without authorization from the front desk will result in a new hotel night automatically generated by the hotel system;

3. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00;

4. The number of guests for which each apartment has been booked cannot be changed without prior authorization from the front desk, even if there is a vacant bed in the apartment;

5. It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments and in property's covered areas;

6. Our parking is limited to the exact number of apartments at the hostel, with only one car per apartment permitted. If travelers from the same accommodation are traveling in more than one car, please consult availability. Car parking must be done at a location indicated by the front desk professional at check-in. We request compliance with these guidelines. If the accommodation booked is the one named CASA, there is no parking space available inside the hotel;

7. An optional service fee for employees (5%) may be included in the rate if approved by the guest.
